जब कभी..

जब कभी उनकी यादों में ये दिल​ खो जाता है,
जब कभी उनकी बातें हमें याद आती हैं,

जब कभी उनकी मुस्कराहटें मुझे याद आती हैं, 

तब तब ये मेरा दिल उन्हें पाने को तड़पता है, 

आँखें रोतीं हैं, बस इक लगन सी होती है,

इक बार काश हम मिल जाते,

इक पल के लिए ही हम अपनी सब गलतियां भूल जाते,

शायद वो पल ही हमें फिर से मिला दे,

इक दूजे को कुछ ऐसा सिखा दे,

कि हम फिर कभी जुदा न हों, 

कि फिर हम कभी खफा न हों, 

ऐ खुदा अब तू कुछ तो बता दे,

उनसे मिला दे उनका बना दे।

Then then my heart agitates to get them,

That we may never be separated,

That we should never be upset,

Join them and make them theirs.
