अंधेरे में कट रही थी मेरी जिंदगी,

वो मिलीं तो ऐसा लगा कि मिल गई रोशनी,

फिर हुआ क्यों ऐसा मेरे साथ

तू बता ऐ जिन्दगी,

वो मिलते ही मुझसे क्यों जुदा हो गई।
